Ceramic-coated cookware is a coating over a metal pan, not solid ceramic cookware. The coating does not establish oven or induction limits.
Separate coating from body
Handles and lids have their own limits. Look up the exact product rather than transferring a temperature between collections.
Protect the cooking surface
