Can you use metal utensils on nonstick cookware?
Some nonstick products allow metal utensils; others require soft tools. Current HexClad TerraBond cookware and All-Clad HA1 Ceramic allow metal, while Caraway ceramic tells you to avoid it. Match the exact coating below.
A permitted spoon is not permission to cut in the pan
Follow restrictions on sharp edges, cutting and scraping even when the maker permits metal utensils. GreenPan recommends gentler tools for several collections; the table distinguishes that advice from an outright prohibition.
